Shipping is calculated with either our fedex or USPS calculator.

Typically orders ship within 2-3 business days if placed by 12 o'clock Pacific Time. 

In the rare even that an item is an out of stock, our shipping manager will contact the customer directly and let them know how long it will be.

For rush or expedited orders, please contact us directly. We will accommodate deadlines as best as we can, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates on expedited packages.

If you choose an expedited shipping option, that does not guarantee that the product will be able to ship out faster then if it had been ordered using a ground option. That only means the transit from our facility to your facility will be expedited as you have selected.

Yes, we ship internationally. However, we no longer ship Fedex International ground.

We will ship USPS or Fedex Express.

You are responsible for all brokerage fees, duties, and taxes your country imposes.

If you refuse a package, you are responsible for the cost to ship it back to us and all other restocking fees.
